    Does it work with other providers or platforms?

    The camera runs only on a Route One subscription - it won't work standalone or on another provider's platform. On the insurance side, it integrates directly with CoverWhale and Nirvana.

    Do I need a subscription, or just the camera?

    Both. The camera is a one-time $279 purchase, and the $29/month annual plan is what powers the AI alerts, live streaming, cloud footage, and Safety Hub.

    Will my drivers accept a camera watching them?

    The camera can protect drivers from false claims and prove when they’re not at fault. Most drivers become more comfortable with it once they see that benefit.

    Is a dashcam required for compliance?

    No. It's not mandated like an ELD, but it lowers accidents, defends claims, and improves your safety score.

    Which vehicles and brands are supported?

    Vans through heavy trucks, with OBD-II and J1939 support. It's our own dual-facing hardware, tuned to work out of the box.

    Where is footage stored, and who sees it?

    Locally on 128GB, then uploaded securely over the included 4G. Only admins you authorize can view it.

    What if there's no cell signal?

    It keeps recording to local storage and uploads flagged events once back in coverage - nothing is lost.

    Does it record when parked?

    Yes - Standby Mode captures break-ins and hit-and-runs after the engine's off.
