How to Reset Your Route One ELD Password

Fleet Portal password: go to client.routeoneeld.com → Forgot Password → enter your email → click the reset link you receive → enter a new password. Driver App password: drivers cannot reset their own app password — only a Fleet Admin can do this from the Fleet Portal.

Resetting your password depends on whether you need access to the Fleet Portal or the Driver App. The two processes are different.

Resetting Your Fleet Portal Password

Go to client.routeoneeld.com/login and click "Forgot Password" below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Click "Reset my password" in the email, enter your new password, and log in.

Resetting Your Driver App Password

Passwords for the Driver App cannot be changed from within the app. Only a Fleet Admin can reset a driver's password through the Fleet Portal.

To reset a driver's app password: 1. The driver contacts their Fleet Admin to request a password reset. 2. The Fleet Admin logs into the Fleet Portal. 3. Navigate to Drivers and select the driver whose password needs to be reset. 4. Find the "Driver App credentials" section. 5. Enter a new password and click Save. 6. Share the new password with the driver.

Didn't Receive the Fleet Portal Reset Email?

Check your spam/junk folder. If the email still doesn't appear after 5 minutes, make sure you're using the correct email address. Contact support at support@routeoneeld.com if you're unsure which email is on file.

Account Locked After Failed Attempts?

After multiple failed login attempts, the account is temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use Forgot Password to reset immediately. If you still can't log in, contact support at support@routeoneeld.com.
