For non-urgent issues, submit a ticket through our FAQ page or Help Center portal. Include your account email, device serial number, and a description of the issue for the fastest resolution.
Phone Support
Basic plan users receive priority phone support with shorter wait times. Free plan users have access to standard phone support during business hours.
Response Times
Priority support (Basic and above) targets a response within 2 hours. Standard support responds within 1 business day. For roadside emergencies, our support team prioritizes calls from drivers currently on the road. You can also reach us at our contact page.
