The driver should check their email for a message titled 'Your Route One ELD driver account is ready,' which contains their username and password.
The fastest way to recover login credentials is to find the original invitation email that Route One ELD sent when the driver account was first created.
Step 1: Check the Original Invitation Email
Search your inbox (including spam/junk) for a message with the subject line **"Your Route One ELD driver account is ready."** This email was sent automatically when your fleet manager created your driver profile. It contains your username and initial password.
If you received the email but have since changed your password and forgotten the new one, skip to Step 2.
Step 2: Ask Your Fleet Admin to Reset Your Password
Drivers cannot reset their own password from the app login screen — there is no "Forgot Password" link on the driver app login page. Password resets must be done by a fleet admin from the Fleet Portal.
Contact your fleet manager and ask them to reset your driver app password. Once reset, the fleet manager will share the new credentials with you directly. See why drivers can't reset their own app password for the full explanation.
For fleet admins: the reset procedure is covered in how a fleet admin resets a driver's app password.
Your Username
If you only forgot your password but not your username, your username is the email address associated with your driver account — typically the same address where the original invitation email was sent.
