On the Logs screen, tap 'Show all uncertified' in the top right. Review the logs, then tap 'Certify all Logs' at the bottom. Draw your signature and tap Sign — all uncertified days will be signed at once.
FMCSA regulations require drivers to certify their daily log entries. If you've accumulated several uncertified days, here's how to sign them all in one step.
What Does Certifying a Log Mean?
Certifying a log is your electronic signature confirming that your duty-status entries for that day are true and accurate. It's the digital equivalent of signing a paper log.
Step 1: Open the Logs Screen
Tap "Logs" in the bottom navigation bar of the Route One ELD driver app.
Step 2: Show All Uncertified Logs
Tap "Show all uncertified" in the top-right corner. All days with uncertified logs will appear in a list.
Step 3: Review Before Signing
Scroll through the logs to spot any obvious errors (wrong duty status, missing entries). If you see an error, contact your fleet manager to request a log edit before certifying.
Step 4: Certify All
Tap "Certify all Logs" at the bottom of the screen. Draw your signature on the signature pad and tap "Sign." All uncertified logs are certified in one action.
How Far Back Can You Certify?
You can certify logs for the past 14 days. To view or correct HOS violations before certifying, see how to view HOS violations.
