The free plan includes Highway, CoverWhale, and Nirvana Insurance. The Basic ELD plan adds MacroPoint, Project44, TruckerTools, LoadConnex, and Truckstop.
Route One ELD integrates with third-party platforms across two tiers: insurance integrations included on the Free plan, and freight visibility integrations added on the Basic plan.
Free Plan Integrations
All Route One ELD accounts — including the Free tier — include these insurance integrations: - **Highway** — carrier identity and insurance verification platform used by brokers and shippers to validate carrier compliance before dispatching loads. - **CoverWhale** — commercial trucking insurance provider with direct integration for quote and bind workflows. - **Nirvana Insurance** — usage-based commercial trucking insurance that connects to your ELD data to offer performance-based premiums.
These three integrations are available at no cost and do not require a paid subscription.
Basic Plan Integrations
Upgrading to the Basic ELD plan ($7.99/vehicle/month) adds the following freight visibility and load tracking integrations: - **MacroPoint** — real-time freight tracking used by major brokers and shippers to monitor load location via your ELD. - **Project44** — advanced visibility platform widely required by enterprise shippers and 3PLs for automated ETA updates. - **TruckerTools** — load tracking and driver communication platform used by brokers to monitor shipments in transit. - **LoadConnex** — freight visibility solution for brokers requiring real-time position updates. - **Truckstop** — load board and freight marketplace platform integration.
The Basic plan also includes IFTA mileage reporting, priority support, and full fleet management features.
Setting Up Integrations
Integrations are configured from the Fleet Portal. See the integration setup guide for step-by-step instructions on connecting each platform.
