Generate and export all IFTA reports before cancelling or downgrading your plan. Once your service is discontinued, IFTA report generation may no longer be available for your account.
IFTA reporting is a paid feature — if you cancel your subscription, you may lose access to generate new reports. Here's how to protect your data.
Export Before Cancelling
Log into the Fleet Portal and navigate to Reports → IFTA. Generate and download reports for all quarters you need before your cancellation takes effect.
What Data Is in an IFTA Report?
IFTA reports summarize total miles driven per state/province and fuel purchased, used to calculate the fuel tax owed to each jurisdiction. The data comes from your ELD mileage records.
IFTA and the Free Plan
IFTA report generation requires a paid subscription (Basic or Enterprise). Downgrading to Free after cancellation means IFTA report generation will be unavailable until you reactivate.
Historical Data Retention
Your mileage and log data is retained in our system for 6 months after cancellation. If you reactivate within that window, your historical records are still available.
IFTA Filing Deadlines
IFTA reports are due quarterly: April 30, July 31, October 31, and January 31. Plan your cancellation timing accordingly to ensure you have access to generate your final quarterly report.
