No. The co-driver driving time reassignment feature is only available in the Route One ELD Driver App. It cannot be initiated from the Fleet Portal by a fleet manager.
Who Can Initiate a Reassignment
Only the driver whose log contains the incorrectly recorded driving event can initiate a reassignment. They do so from the driver app by selecting the driving event and tapping Reassign driver. See how to reassign driving time to a co-driver for the full steps.
What Fleet Managers Can Do
Fleet managers can see reassignment requests and their status in the Fleet Portal, but they cannot create or cancel reassignment requests. The action must be taken by the driver in the app.
Fleet managers can suggest edits to other types of log entries (non-driving events) from the Fleet Portal — see how to edit driver HOS logs for those cases.
While a Request Is Pending
Once a reassignment is initiated, the affected log entries are locked for both drivers until the co-driver responds. See what happens to logs while a reassignment is pending for details.
