Tap 'Inspection' in the bottom navigation bar. Scroll to the bottom of the screen — you'll see a 5-digit number (iOS) or 6-digit number (Android). This is your current app version code.
Knowing your app version is useful when contacting support or verifying you're running the latest release.
Finding Your Version Number
Open the Route One ELD driver app. Tap "Inspection" in the bottom navigation bar. Scroll to the very bottom of the Inspection screen.
What You'll See
On iOS, you'll see a 5-digit number (e.g., 12345). On Android, you'll see a 6-digit number (e.g., 123456). This is your app's internal version code — support may ask for this when troubleshooting.
How to Know If You're Up to Date
Compare your version code to the version listed on the Route One ELD page in the App Store or Google Play. If your code is lower, an update is available. How to update the app.
Why the Version Code Matters
Some FMCSA compliance updates require a minimum app version. If support asks you to update your app, they'll reference this version code to confirm you're on the correct version after updating.
