How Route One ELD Subscription Billing Works

Your bill is based on the number of Active vehicles/devices in your account. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month; annual subscriptions are billed upfront on the activation date. Invoices are sent to your registered email address.

Understanding how billing works helps you avoid surprise charges and plan your fleet costs accurately.

Active Vehicle Count

Your monthly or annual charge is based on the number of active vehicles (devices) in your Fleet Portal account. Deactivated vehicles are not billed.

Monthly Billing

Monthly subscribers are billed on the 1st of each month for all active vehicles. If you add a vehicle mid-month, you're billed a prorated amount for the remaining days of that billing period.

Annual Billing

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront on your activation date for the full year. Annual plans cost less per month than monthly plans and are ideal for stable fleets. How to switch to annual billing.

Managing Active Vehicles

You can activate or deactivate vehicles anytime from the Fleet Portal. Deactivating a vehicle removes it from your next billing cycle. Reactivating it before the end of the cycle restores service immediately.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can update your payment method anytime in account settings.
