Route One ELD Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable. We recommend thoroughly testing the Free plan before upgrading to a paid tier.

Route One ELD subscription fees are non-refundable. Here's what that means in practice, and how to avoid paying for a plan that doesn't fit.

Why Non-Refundable?

Like most SaaS services, subscription fees cover the cost of infrastructure, support, and compliance systems that run whether or not you actively use the service. Once a billing period starts, those costs are incurred.

How to Avoid Paying for the Wrong Plan

We offer a Free plan with no credit card required. Test all the core ELD features — HOS logging, driver app, Fleet Portal — before committing to a paid subscription. Register at client.routeoneeld.com.

Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a vehicle was billed after deactivation), contact support at support@routeoneeld.com with your account details. Billing errors are reviewed and corrected promptly.

Hardware Returns

Hardware return and refund policies are separate from subscription policies. Contact support within 30 days of delivery if you have issues with your device.
