How to Access
1. Log in to the Fleet Portal at client.routeoneeld.com. 2. Go to the **Drivers** section. 3. Select a driver to open their detail view. 4. Navigate to the **HOS** or **Hours of Service** tab within the driver profile.
The HOS detail view shows the driver's current hours remaining, recap hours available tomorrow, and their rolling 7/8-day cycle summary.
Why This Is Useful
Fleet managers use this information for dispatch planning — specifically to avoid assigning a load to a driver who won't have enough hours to complete it, or to identify drivers near their cycle limit who may need a restart before their next assignment.
Viewing Multiple Drivers at Once
The Fleet Portal's main dashboard also shows a summary HOS status for all active drivers. This gives fleet managers a quick overview of which drivers have hours available and which are approaching their limits — without opening each driver profile individually.
