Route One ELD Cancellation Policy: What You Need to Know

Yes. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you can reactivate before it ends at no additional cost.

Route One ELD has a flexible, no-penalty cancellation policy. Here's exactly what happens when you cancel.

No Cancellation Fees

There are no early termination fees, cancellation penalties, or exit charges — for monthly or annual plans.

Service Until End of Billing Period

When you cancel, your service remains fully active until the end of your current billing cycle. You continue to have access to all features and data during this time.

Reactivation Before Billing Period Ends

If you change your mind before your service expires, you can reactivate your account at no additional cost. Your data is preserved.

Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual plan, your service runs until the end of the year you paid for. Refunds are not issued for unused months on annual plans — we recommend the monthly plan if your fleet size fluctuates significantly.
